Hi, I’m Bobbie, a licensed Blue Badge Tourist Guide with over 40 years' experience creating memorable, entertaining and engaging tours across the Thames and Chilterns. Whether on foot, by coach or on the river, I combine fascinating history, local knowledge and plenty of humour to create experiences that are as enjoyable as they are informative.

Walking tours

Explore hidden gems and iconic landmarks on foot. Enjoy a personal and light-hearted perspective on history and local culture at a relaxed pace.

Coach tours

Allow me to join me on your coach in the stunning scenery of the Thames & Chilterns and beyond. The itinerary is tailored to your requirements. Popular with many tour groups is a visit to the fictional county of Midsomer!

River tours

Once we have boarded your privately chartered boat in Henley or Marlow, learn about the river's rich history and its surrounding landscapes.

As your tour guide, I meet you in your touring location, at the boat landing stage or join your coach or taxi/people-carrier at your hotel. If you need a recommendation for a taxi company, let me know.

Connecting with every guest

I speak three languages fluently (English, French, German), another three conversationally (Spanish, Italian, Dutch), and I'm also able to communicate using British Sign Language *. This allows me to connect with an exceptionally wide range of guests, making every tour inclusive and personal.
